6. Google Sign-In

If you choose Sign in with Google, Google and Mellow may use cookies, authentication tokens, or similar technologies necessary to complete and maintain the authentication process.

Google may independently place or access cookies according to its own services and privacy practices.

Mellow does not control cookies placed independently by Google outside Mellow's own systems.

7. Subscription and Payment Technologies

Mellow uses Stripe to provide subscription payment and billing functionality.

When you interact with Stripe-hosted checkout, billing management, or payment interfaces, Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for purposes that can include:

• Maintaining payment-session functionality

Functional and local storage helps Mellow provide a more consistent experience when you return. Some of this information may exist only on your device and not on Mellow's servers.

9. Local Storage

Mellow may use browser localStorage for information that should remain available after a browsing session ends.

Depending on how Mellow is configured, local storage may be used to retain things such as:

• User preferences
• Interface settings
• Audio preferences
• Temporary room settings
• Tasks and other local application state
• Other non-sensitive information used to improve your experience

Information stored in local storage generally remains until it is removed by the application, the user, or the browser.

10. Session Storage

Mellow may use browser sessionStorage to maintain information during a particular browser session.

Session storage generally expires when the relevant browser tab or session is closed.

11. Analytics Cookies

Mellow does not currently operate a dedicated analytics tracking SDK and does not currently use analytics cookies as part of the Service.

If analytics tools are introduced later, this Cookie Policy will be updated, and where applicable law requires consent before non-essential analytics technologies are used, Mellow will request that consent.

12. Advertising Cookies

Mellow does not currently use advertising cookies or advertising trackers.

Mellow does not currently rely on personalized third-party advertising as a core part of the Service.

If Mellow introduces advertising, behavioral advertising, retargeting, advertising pixels, or similar technologies in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated as appropriate, and where required by law users will be provided applicable consent or opt-out choices.

13. Cookie Consent Banner

Mellow does not currently display a cookie-consent banner, because the Service does not currently operate optional analytics or advertising tracking cookies.

Essential authentication, session, security, and local product-storage technologies may still operate because they are needed to provide the Service you request.

If optional non-essential technologies are added later and consent is legally required, Mellow will seek that consent and may introduce a consent or preference interface at that time.

Cookies used in connection with Mellow may be either:

Clearing this information may reset certain Mellow settings or remove locally stored application information on that device.

Account information that has already been stored with Mellow's servers may not be deleted merely by clearing browser storage.

Likewise, deleting a Mellow account does not necessarily erase local browser storage on every device you have used.

18. Global Privacy Control and Similar Signals

Certain browsers or extensions may transmit privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control or similar mechanisms.

Where applicable law requires Mellow to recognize a particular legally valid opt-out preference signal, Mellow will endeavor to honor that signal as required.

19. Do Not Track

Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” setting.

There is not a single universally adopted standard governing the meaning or required response to all Do Not Track signals.

This is separate from legally recognized opt-out preference signals that Mellow may be required to honor.

Mellow is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

We do not intentionally use cookies to create behavioral advertising profiles of children.

Mellow is an evolving service.
